Right at Home in Oregon is seeking a Weekday Caregiver to provide compassionate, in-home support for seniors and adults who wish to live independently. You will assist with personal care, mobility, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, following each client’s care plan and documenting notes in our mobile app.

Qualifications

• Background check clearance required.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior caregiving experience welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Building relationships through companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility and transportation.
• Safety supervision and documenting daily care notes.
• Communicating effectively with the office team.
