Honey Homes in San Mateo, CA is hiring a full-time handyman/maintenance technician with 5+ years of multi-trade experience. You’ll repair, maintain, and remodel homes across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall in a local territory.

You’ll work Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus, 40 hours/week, and excellent benefits. No evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts. Use our app to manage jobs and stay connected with a Field Manager on a local team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in handyman or multi-trade roles.
• Skilled across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall.
• Attention to detail and customer-friendly attitude.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and own tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential repair, maintenance, and remodel work across multiple trades.
• Keep home systems on a preventive maintenance schedule.
• Provide outstanding customer service in members' homes.
• Use our app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules.
