Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will help recipients with daily activities, encouragement, and skill-building, and you may accompany them into the community to support personal goals.

Full and part-time positions are available. We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, a virtual interview process, and benefit opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to pass required background checks and screenings
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in clients' homes and follow care plans
• Encourage and assist with skill-building activities
• Support recipients by engaging with the community to grow personal goals
