Job summary

Monterey Bay Endoscopy Center, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our busy outpatient endoscopy center in Monterey, CA. The RN will provide care to adult and geriatric patients undergoing colonoscopy and upper GI endoscopy, with pre-op assessment, IV starts, assisting physicians, post-procedure monitoring and discharge teaching.

This full-time, day-shift role offers predictable weekday hours, no weekends or on-call, and opportunities to build procedural and sedation skills within a

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California RN license.
• BLS (AHA) required at hire.
• ACLS required within one month of hire.
• Strong IV skills preferred.
• Procedural or conscious sedation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and be on your feet most of the day.
• Spanish-speaking preferred but not required.
• New graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to adult and geriatric patients undergoing colonoscopy and upper GI endoscopy procedures.
• Perform pre-op assessment and education, IV starts, and assist physicians during procedures.
• Handle specimens and provide post-procedure monitoring and discharge teaching.
