Job summary

Monterey Bay Endoscopy Center, LLC in Monterey, CA is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient endoscopy team. This full-time, day shift position offers predictable hours in a fast-paced procedural environment.

The RN will provide care for adult and geriatric patients undergoing colonoscopy and upper GI endoscopy, including pre-op assessment, IV starts, assisting during procedures, and post-procedure teaching. No weekends, no call.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California RN license.
• BLS (AHA) required at hire; ACLS within one month.
• Strong IV skills and sedation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-op assessment and education.
• IV starts and patient monitoring.
• Assist physicians during procedures.
• Specimen handling and post-procedure care.
• Discharge teaching and family education.

Skills
