Job summary

Diagnostic Imaging Solutions (DIS), a subsidiary of Catalyst MedTech, is seeking a registered Echo Sonographer. This role involves performing transthoracic echocardiograms and stress echoes, communicating with patients and clinicians, and supporting accreditation processes.

The position offers a weekday daylight schedule and opportunities for professional development. Candidates must have RDCS/ RCS certification, at least 1 year of Echo experience, and proficiency in strain imaging and 3D

Qualifications

• 1 year of Echo experience.
• Successful completion of an accredited ultrasound program.
• Proficiency in strain imaging and 3D echocardiography is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs transthoracic echocardiograms and stress echo exams following established protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff to ensure optimal imaging and patient experience.
• Obtain patient history and present key findings to interpreting physician.
• Assist with ACR and IAC accreditation processes.
• Travel to assigned client locations in a safe manner.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment safely and report malfunctions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
