Job summary

Diagnostic Imaging Solutions (DIS) seeks a Cardiovascular Sonographer to join our nationwide imaging team. You will perform transthoracic echocardiograms and vascular studies, travel to client locations, and deliver high-quality images with excellent patient care.

You will collaborate with physicians and staff, maintain equipment, and adhere to protocols while participating in quality improvement initiatives. Schedule is Monday–Friday, daylight hours, with no nights or on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Active RVT (ARDMS) or RVS (CCI) certification
• Active RDCS (ARDMS) or RCS (CCI); RVT/RVS a plus
• Completion of an accredited ultrasound program
• Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience
• Active Basic Life Support certification
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Perform transthoracic echocardiograms and stress echo exams per protocol.
• Perform vascular studies (carotid, venous, arterial, ABI) per protocol.
• Communicate with patients and staff to ensure imaging quality and patient experience.
• Obtain patient history and present findings to interpreting physician.
• Assist with accreditation processes (ACR/IAC).
• Maintain equipment and follow safety/sterile procedures.
• Travel to assigned client locations as needed.
