You will ensure dishware and kitchen items are cleaned to proper sanitation standards and support back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred and ability to read, write and speak English.
• Basic sanitation and safety knowledge preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or customer service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and utensils by machine and hand methods.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dish pit and back-of-house areas.
• Sort, stack, and transport clean wares to appropriate storage and food prep areas.
• Assist with basic fruit/vegetable prep and receiving/storing goods as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report any equipment issues promptly.
