Job summary

Georgia Boys BBQ is seeking a dishroom / kitchen helper to wash dishes, load and run the dish machine, and keep the dishroom clean and organized. You will monitor water temperature, report any machine issues, and ensure a steady supply of clean tableware for dining and kitchen areas.

The role requires standing in hot, wet, and loud environments, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required; 18+ with own vehicle and valid license is

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize tableware, pots and pans; keep dishroom organized.
• Monitor dish machine temperature and report issues promptly.
• Load, run and unload the dish machine; ensure adequate clean tableware supply.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishroom and kitchen areas; assist as needed to ensure smooth operations.
