Job summary

Georgia Boys Mgmt Group is seeking a friendly and reliable dishwasher to keep dishes and kitchenware clean in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Responsibilities include operating the dish machine, maintaining cleanliness of the dishroom, monitoring wash cycles, and ensuring a steady supply of clean ware for dining and kitchen areas. Prior restaurant experience is not required, and full-time adaptability is valued.

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required.
• Able to work in a hot, wet, humid and loud environment.
• Physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop.
• Stand for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
• Elevate and carry bags, cases and stacks up to 50 pounds up to 30 times per shift.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment.
• Load, run and unload the dish machine.
• Keep the dishroom clean and organized.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary washcycle.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen.
• Bag and haul dishroom trash to the dumpster at designed times.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation by supervisor.
