The role focuses on filling cushions, backs, and pillows per standard operating procedures, regulating to target production rates, and maintaining safe, efficient operations on the line. As part of Sutter Street Manufacturing, you will read production tickets, follow SOPs, and collaborate with a team to meet daily goals while supporting quality and inventory tracking in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of cushion fill production experience in an upper-end upholstered furniture environment.
• Good communication skills—oral and written—and ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to read and interpret production tickets and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate cushion fill machine and related tools.
• Fill cushions, backs, and pillows to SOP specifications.
• Maintain hourly/daily rates (6 per hour with goal of 8) and ensure accuracy of tags and tickets.
• Adhere to safety policies and work with team to meet production goals.
