Job summary

Williams-Sonoma DC - Booneville, MS is seeking a Cushion Fill Associate (Weekday) to operate cushion fill machinery and support production lines on a Monday–Thursday schedule. This is a full-time non-exempt role focused on safety, quality, and achieving daily output targets.

The position works in the cushion fill department, following standard operating procedures to fill cushions, backs, and pillows with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in cushion fill production in an upper-end upholstered furniture manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills - oral and written and the ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to read and understand production tickets and interpret simple instructions in SOPs.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to assure delivery requirements.
• Ability to work effectively and cooperatively as a part of a team with a strong sense of urgency and time management to meet established deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate cushion fill machinery and assist in filling cushions, backs, and pillows according to SOPs.
• Follow safety practices, PPE standards, and company policies while performing duties.
• Meet daily production goals (minimum rate) and support upholstery lines to maintain throughput.
• Accurately place tags and tickets and ensure items are accounted for in the inventory system.
