Food People Restaurant Group is seeking a Commissary Sushi Manager to oversee sushi production for all TakoSushi locations. This full-time role involves leading a team, ensuring quality control for our fish and menu items, and maintaining vendor relationships.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sushi and seafood, with at least two years of leadership experience, and an eye for detail when it comes to freshness and quality. This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, medical benefits, bonuses, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in leadership experience in a kitchen or production environment.
• Strong knowledge in identifying and selecting fish.
• Experience with sushi and Asian cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Run the central kitchen for all TakoSushi locations.
• Lead and guide the commissary crew in daily operations.
• Manage and maintain strong vendor relationships.
