Responsibilities

• Lead the team as a brand representative reflecting company values and create an engaging service environment.
• Empower the team to drive sales through personalized service, styling, and outfitting recommendations; create selling initiatives to boost conversion.
• Deliver an omni-channel customer experience using store systems for efficient customer engagement.
• Exercise decision-making and multitasking while prioritizing service over tasks.
• Facilitate an energized pace, manage the daily zone, drive sales, and provide timely feedback to develop employees.
• Support store environment and customer experience through effective zone management and collaboration with partners on shipments and product flow.
• Maintain visual direction with Shop/Visual Merchandising leadership and ensure a clean shop and adherence to safety, inventory, and policies.
• Lead with inclusive communication, participate in daily meetings, share product knowledge, and ensure team feedback is heard.
