• Provides individualized styling and outfitting recommendations to drive conversions.
• Uses technology to provide a frictionless client experience and transact in-store.
• Mentors team on service and selling strategies to hit monthly goals.
• Manages store environment and daily zone to drive sales.
• Partners with leadership to guide staff on styling and selling strategies.
• Maintains a visually appealing, neat, and organized store.
• Identifies business opportunities to maximize sales while upholding store policies.
• Communicates store objectives and customer insights to leadership.
• Builds client relationships through outreach and store events.
• Supports onboarding and styling development for new hires
