Responsibilities

• Act as a brand representative reflecting Anthropologie Weddings values and provide expert styling guidance.
• Develop authentic customer connections and offer tailored product recommendations to enhance the in-store experience.
• Leverage technology to create a frictionless client experience, upsell, and support clienteling and training initiatives.
• Assist store leaders in maintaining a visually compelling, organized store and contribute to weekly objectives on service and styling.
• Mentor teammates on service and selling strategies to help hit individual and monthly goals.
• Foster relationships with clients through outreach, appointments, and store events.
