Anthropologie in Wichita is expanding with an Anthropology Weddings Assistant Department Manager opening. You will partner with store leadership to supervise daily operations, lead a team, and deliver a high-energy customer experience that reflects the Anthropologie brand.

Responsibilities include driving sales through personalized styling, managing floor operations, and ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience while supporting new hire development and a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Store leadership experience and ability to drive sales through engaging service.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as store needs.
• Interest in Anthropologie Weddings brand and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team as a brand representative reflecting company values; partner on engaging service.
• Drive sales through personalized service, styling and outfitting recommendations; create selling initiatives to boost conversion.
• Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience through understanding store systems for customer engagement.
• Provide timely employee feedback to foster action and accountability; develop new hires.
• Collaborate on shipment processing; support markdown, transfer and restock processes; maintain product flow.
• Support visual direction and store safety, inventory accuracy and adherence to policies.
