Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual venue & package sales objectives.
• Respond to inquiries and Sales leads in a timely/professional manner.
• Answers incoming phone calls politely and professionally, to include all clients, vendors, and team members.
• Provide venue visits to prospective clients while utilizing sound communication skills, company sales techniques, and closing abilities.
• Attend and participate in regular sales company and training meetings.
• General Office duties to include, but not limited to, contracts and executing monthly payments.
• The Wedding Specialist reports to the General Manager and will assist the GM with any duty or responsibility as necessary and appropriate.
• Responsible for the daily operations of the Venue while the GM is off duty.
• Maintains relationships with clients, associates, and vendors on a professional level.

SUMMARY

The Wedding Sales Specialist must be able to conduct all aspects of the Venue's business with a heavy emphasis on Venue and Package Sales. The Wedding Sales Specialist will be highly driven in the field of sales and have the capability to quickly connect and form relationships with prospective clients. To be a successful Wedding Sales Specialist, the ideal candidate will possess a welcoming and kind demeanor to ALL the people with whom they interact.

EARNING POTENTIAL COMPENSATION

$50-$55K YEARLY SALES COMMISSION + $18-20 Hourly

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual venue & package sales objectives
