Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; E-Verify participation.
• Weekend availability required to cover tour schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead venue tours and present Walters venues in a personal, polished way.
• Document tour outcomes with detailed notes and next steps.
• Nurture prospects, answer questions, and help couples schedule visits.
• Prepare venues for tours with materials and setup for a great first impression.
• Audit marketing materials and maintain inventory for tours and events.
• Re-engage couples who canceled or missed tours to reschedule.
• Support showcases and events, including guest check-in and invites.
• Perform property walks and log any maintenance or cleanliness concerns.
