Responsibilities

• Manage wedding inquiries from initial contact through signed contract, planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Create customized proposals with pricing, inclusions, venue options, and resort amenities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and wedding vendors for seamless execution.
• Lead formal planning meetings, prepare Banquet Event Orders, and guide couples through timelines and logistics.
• Track deposits, guarantees, and final counts; ensure deadlines and documentation are met.
