Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Orlando, FL is seeking a Wedding Day Assistant to support Event Services Managers during ceremonies, receptions, and related activities. You will help coordinate logistics, confirm arrivals, supervise vendors, and ensure smooth execution of events.

Qualifications

Must have knowledge of event execution logistics.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with Walt Disney World policies and procedures.
Must have full availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist Event Managers with execution of wedding events and related activities.
Support in coordinating desserts, ceremonies, and open houses.
Provide back-up support for open houses at Franck's Bridal Studio and Wedding Pavilion.
