• Bridal and/or women's formalwear alterations experience is required.
• Precise measuring and garment construction knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities

• Alter bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and other formalwear with hems, zippers, and fittings.
• Conduct fittings, take measurements, and communicate timelines clearly.
• Deliver high-quality finishing and maintain an organized workspace for fittings.
• Handle requests for prom and eveningwear as they arise through the platform.
• Provide service to local clients via the platform and manage schedules.

What You'll Do

• Alter wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and mother-of-the-bride/groom dresses (hemming, bustle, bodice/waist, straps, cups, zippers)
• Work with structured bridal gowns (multiple layers, lace, beading, linings, boning/tulle)
• Conduct fittings, take precise measurements, and communicate timelines clearly
• Deliver high-quality finishing and maintain an organized workspace suitable for fittings
• We also receive requests for prom dresses, evening gowns, cocktail dresses, suits, and other formalwear.

Requirements

• Proven experience with bridal and/or women's formalwear alterations
• Strong garment construction knowledge + precision measuring
• Machine + hand sewing proficiency
• Professional communication and customer service
