Concord seeks a Catering & Sales Manager with wedding experience to drive catering sales in Jacksonville. You will network with clients, coordinate weddings and corporate events, negotiate contracts, and work weekends to ensure flawless execution across banquet and room blocks.

The role emphasizes maximizing revenue, leading client communications, and collaborating with the sales team to upsell contracted groups and optimize overall hotel performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years catering sales or related hotel/catering/culinary sales experience.
• Ability to network, prospect business and close deals in a hospitality setting.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and varied shifts during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with clients and coordinate event details, menus, and room setup.
• Solicit new business, contract negotiations, and coordinate local marketing efforts.
• Create and publish Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure seamless event execution.
• Work with sales team to maximize hotel revenue and guest room and catering sales.
