International Institute of Event Management is seeking a Wedding Coordinator to guide couples through their sacred day with a warm, faith-filled presence. The role requires being organized, gracious, and collaborative with parish staff to ensure a seamless celebration of love.

You will meet engaged couples 2–4 weeks before their ceremony, tour the sanctuary, review timelines, and coordinate with parish coordinators and other staff to finalize details.

Qualificações

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple details simultaneously.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience coordinating events or weddings is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Meet engaged couples 2-4 weeks before ceremony to tour sanctuary and finalize plans.
• Coordinate with coordinators to assign wedding tasks on a monthly basis.
• Review wedding logistics to ensure a seamless, prayerful ceremony.
