Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Website Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for clients using WordPress sites. You will translate requests into actionable tasks and perform frontend updates, with escalation for more technical work.

You’ll review updates for desktop, tablet, and mobile, optimize media, and document clearly for teammates. Strong communication and careful note-taking are essential in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Location: RemoteJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: 60-65kOn behalf of our fast-growing tech client in the real estate tech industry, we are seeking a Website Support Specialist who will be the first point of contact for clients with questions about their WordPress websites. You will answer client questions, turn their update requests into clear tasks, and complete frontend website updates on your own.
