Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading or serving in a significant execution role on large-scale website redesigns or redevelopment projects.
• Experience leading public-sector or government website redesign projects with substantial content libraries.
• Experience working with external technology vendors and professional services firms to drive delivery.
• Hands-on experience with website implementations, migrations, or redevelopment projects.
• Working knowledge of ADA Title II and WCAG accessibility standards as they apply to web content and design.
• Experience developing or implementing web governance frameworks, content workflows, or digital change management processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, written communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day execution lead for the Drupal-based website redevelopment.
• Drive content strategy, IA decisions, and editorial direction with DOM stakeholders and control board.
• Lead content migration planning and execution, auditing content and coordinating with owners.
• Oversee QA, perform UAT, and coordinate pre-post-launch readiness activities.
• Lead ADA Title II compliance efforts to WCAG 2.1 AA standards with DOM stakeholders.
• Design and implement a sustainable web governance framework for ongoing site maintenance.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure delivery and adoption.
