Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Website Project Manager to oversee planning, design, build and rollout of real estate websites for clients. You will coordinate designers, developers, SEOs and product specialists, interface with clients, and lead meetings to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have experience managing digital website projects in marketing/tech settings, with strong communication skills and a track record of coordinating multiple projects

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple web projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of digital asset quality for websites (photos, illustrations, videos).
• Ability to interface with clients and non-technical stakeholders clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects from planning through rollout of websites.
• Coordinate tasks for designers, developers, SEOs and product specialists.
• Run client meetings and provide status updates via email/phone/meetings.
• Maintain project plans and keep internal resources informed of progress.
• Track progress in project management software and report to stakeholders.
