Job summary

Wilson Sonsini guides its digital presence with a seasoned Website Manager to oversee wsgr.com and related microsites. You will ensure brand compliance, create new pages with design updates, and manage diverse blogs and content channels.

You will gatekeep RubyLaw CMS, coordinate domain registrations, and troubleshoot to keep the site accessible and compliant, while driving SEO best practices and analytics reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field required, or equivalent.
• Fluency in HTML and Javascript required, including the ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve code-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage the firm’s flagship website (wsgr.com), which contains over 25,000 web pages, including bios for 1,100+ attorneys and other professionals.
• Continuously monitor, update, and review content to ensure compliance with Wilson Sonsini brand and style guidelines.
• Create new pages and work with RubyLaw to implement design modifications.
• Manage and continuously update the firm’s various microsites and blogs (e.g., Emerging Companies and Venture Capital microsite, Careers microsite, Data Advisor blog, Known Trends blog) with new content.
• Serve as the primary gatekeeper for RubyLaw, the firm’s website content management system, responsible for establishing global settings, managing users and access, and updating roles and passwords.
• Maintain the registration of the firm’s various website domain names.
• Troubleshoot any and all website-related technical issues to ensure an uninterrupted digital presence.
• Ensure website accessibility and take a proactive approach to compliance issues.
• Manage and update website content to align with SEO and GEO best practices, including researching and adding keywords and search terms most relevant to the firm’s content.
• Set up, install, and maintain Google analytics on all firm web platforms, run periodic reports, and monitor results for significant trends.
