Job summary

Belimo is seeking a Web Specialist in Danbury to maintain and enhance our website, optimize content and assets, and maximize performance through SEO/AEO best practices. You will oversee the download center, improve traffic strategies, and collaborate with Marketing Americas and the product management team to align content with brand goals.

You will work on Magnolia CMS content creation, site auditing, and translations, plus analytics reporting and DLC maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PC-literate.
• Strong knowledge/experience with websites (CMS).
• Development of strong SEO / AEO knowledge.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a larger team, manage multiple products and meet deadlines.
• Excels in fast paced environment and able to quickly adapt to change.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, writing, proofreading & creative skills.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills.
• Detail oriented multi-tasker who is able to prioritize workload and time effectively while still paying attention to detail.
• Knowledge/experience of Magnolia (or similar) CMS, Google Analytics

Responsibilities

• Create and audit website content for Magnolia CMS and improve content quality.
• Identify strategies to improve website traffic and active users.
• Review campaigns tracking traffic and reengage visitors.
• Monitor competitor websites and report findings.
• Research with current users to improve UX.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
• Develop user journeys in OpenSearch and related assets.
• Conduct website training for new employees.
• Manage translations of content as needed.
• Maintain media assets in PIM and related systems.
• Upload documents to web/PIM media center and ensure timely loading.
• Run regular reports to find broken links and fix them.
• Collaborate with Mgr. Marcom for edits and maintenance of marketing content.
• Ensure new product launches have updated website content at go-live date.
• Maintain media assets in PIM and ensure flow to website/shop.
• Provide data to feed tools and update attributes as needed.
• Coordinate with agency/global web team to enhance SEO/AEO for US/CA sites.
• Identify keywords to boost search results.
• Participate in UAT for website functionality.
• Audit AM sites after major global updates with PMs
