Job summary

Moana Nursery is seeking an organized Website & Digital Operations Manager to run day-to-day website operations, support digital and e-commerce execution, and coordinate cross-department projects. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role ensures consistent customer experiences across digital channels with clear processes and documentation.

The ideal candidate will manage CMS workflows, analyze performance data, and execute leadership-approved marketing and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in website management, digital operations, e-commerce, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with website content management systems and digital content updates.
• Strong organizational, project-management, and follow-through skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update company website to ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, functionality, and a seamless customer experience.
• Coordinate approved website improvements, troubleshooting, and enhancements with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support e-commerce inventory visibility, online merchandising, product content, and promotional execution as needed.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and status updates for website, e-commerce, marketing, and operational initiatives.
• Provide project-management and administrative support for community programs and partnerships.
