Job summary

Moana Nursery is seeking an organized Website & Digital Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day website operations, support digital and e-commerce execution, and coordinate cross-department projects. You will report to the Director of Marketing and help maintain consistent customer experiences across digital channels.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with CMS, able to analyze performance data, and execute leadership-approved marketing and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in website management and digital operations.
• Experience with CMS and digital content updates.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company website for content accuracy, brand consistency, functionality and customer experience.
• Coordinate website improvements with internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain process documentation and cross-training for continuity.
• Support e-commerce inventory visibility, online merchandising, product content, and promotions.
• Assist with email marketing, digital content updates, campaign setup, testing and launch follow-through.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and status updates for website, e-commerce, marketing, and operations initiatives.
• Coordinate communications and deliverables across departments and approved vendors.
• Track deadlines, document decisions, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide dependable administrative support for leadership-approved priorities.
• Support community programs and partnerships with project-management and logistics.
