Job summary

Bachmans is seeking a Website Manager to lead the strategy, development, and performance of Bachmans.com and our eCommerce platforms. This onsite role in Minneapolis involves partnering with teams across the organization to drive growth through digital solutions.

You will oversee website technology, troubleshooting, enhancements, and daily operations while guiding cross-functional projects from concept to launch, including Sitecore, Shopify, HubSpot, NetSuite, and API integrations.

Qualifications

• College degree in Information Systems/Tech.
• 5+ years managing websites with B2C/B2B eCommerce strategies.
• Optimizing the shopping journey to maximize the customer experience and sales conversion.
• Knowledge of website and eCommerce best practices.
• Experience using data to inform decision making.
• Lead website and eCommerce projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong customer focus and ability to influence user behavior.

Responsibilities

• Manage content, design, and functionality of Bachmans.com and the intranet.
• Coordinate website and intranet updates, including seasonal launches and promotions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website, intranet, and e-commerce issues.
• Monitor website performance and support a seamless user experience across digital platforms.
• Work with IT and business teams to address functionality or programming concerns.
• Lead site improvements and coordinate vendor and developer efforts.
• Sitecore and permissions management; collaborate with vendors to enhance site functionality.
