Qualifications

• 3+ years of web design experience with a UX/UI portfolio.
• Experience translating diverse client brand guidelines into polished web designs.
• Ability to design intuitive interfaces and navigation to minimize friction in the job application process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to translate employer brands into high-converting digital experiences.
• Lead multiple design projects for external clients and ensure on-time delivery.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to reach final approvals.
• Work with technical implementation teams to ensure feasibility and accurate execution within platform constraints.
