You’ll design with empathy for job seekers, analyze data to validate decisions, and ensure accessibility. Collaboration with stakeholders and implementation teams is essential to deliver responsive designs across devices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in web design, with a portfolio that highlights UX/UI projects (HR tech or career sites a major plus).
• Experience translating brand guidelines into polished web layouts for diverse candidate personas.
• Ability to design intuitive interfaces and navigation that minimize friction in job applications.
• Experience presenting concepts to stakeholders and incorporating feedback to reach final product.
