Job summary

Apprenticely in Rogers, AR is seeking a Website Designer & Developer Intern to join Collab Design Co. This paid internship offers hands-on experience across website design, development, and related marketing tasks in a collaborative agency setting.

You will work with WordPress, Divi Builder, Squarespace, Wix, or Shopify; assist with content uploads, maintenance, and basic SEO, plus graphic design, social media, and branding support.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, web design, or a related field.
• Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or Shopify.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles and layout.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Must be local to Northwest Arkansas and able to work from our Downtown Rogers office.

Responsibilities

• Website design and development with WordPress and page uploads.
• Support graphic design projects, branding, and marketing materials.
• Assist with social media content planning and publishing.
