Job summary

Apprenticely, in collaboration with Serve2Perform, invites you to join as a Web & Graphic Design Intern in Fayetteville, Arkansas. You will contribute to designing webpages, presentations, and digital assets while learning from mentors.

This paid internship runs three months, with a 40-hour work week, using Wix and Canva to build engaging experiences. You’ll gain hands-on project ownership, grow your UX skills, and explore AI-powered design tools to tell compelling stories.

Qualifications

• Experience with graphic design or visual communication.
• Familiarity with Wix or other website builders.
• Understanding of UX principles and website navigation.
• Experience creating digital content with Canva or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with Notion or similar project management tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools, such as ChatGPT or similar platforms, to support creativity, research, and productivity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while working both independently and collaboratively.
• A passion for learning, innovation, and exploring new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Design and build webpages, digital resources, and participant portals using the Wix platform.
• Create intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences that improve how participants engage with Serve2Perform programs.
• Develop presentations, one-pagers, white papers, and other branded marketing materials.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate ideas into engaging digital experiences and visual content.
• Bring fresh ideas and design thinking to improve Serve2Perform’s online presence and tell its story in meaningful ways.
• Assist with graphic design projects that support leadership development programs, AI initiatives, and client engagement.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions to new business initiatives.
• Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, content development, and creative workflows.
• Support website updates, digital content organization, and ongoing improvements across Serve2Perform’s online platforms.
• Support management of the S2P Community App.
