Our Apprenticely Internship Program is a three-month program that places selected candidates with employers across Arkansas in technology-focused positions to gain hands-on experience under the guidance of professional mentors. Internships are designed as an on-ramp to a technology career and may lead to full-time employment based on business needs and performance.

This is more than a traditional design internship. As a Web & Graphic Design Intern, you’ll help create engaging digital experiences that support Serve2Perform’s programs, clients, and growing initiatives. From designing webpages and participant resources to creating presentations, digital assets, and visual content, you’ll have the opportunity to own meaningful projects while contributing fresh ideas and creative solutions.
Working alongside experienced mentors, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of business functions while helping improve how users interact with Serve2Perform’s digital platforms. If you’re passionate about web design, graphic design, user experience, and technology—and enjoy bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design—this internship offers an opportunity to build real-world experience and make a lasting impact.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys learning new technology, and loves solving problems through thoughtful design. The ideal candidate thinks like an end user, asks great questions, and enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept to completion.

$15 - $15 an hour
This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of $15.00 per hour. Interns are expected to work 40 hours per week.
Actual earnings may vary based on hours worked and applicable payroll deductions.
How does the interview process work? We want to get to know you! Apprenticely will conduct an initial phone interview and knowledge assessment. If your skills and interest match with the employer's needs, we'll share your resume or ask you to apply directly with them. After that, the employers will continue with their recruiting and interview process. If you are a match, an offer will be made for you to get started in your new apprenticeship role!
