Are you experienced with content management, SharePoint, or digital content migration projects? We're seeking a detail-oriented Website Content Administrator to support a large-scale intranet migration initiative for a leading enterprise organization.
This is a contract opportunity where you'll help transition thousands of internal content pages into SharePoint Online while ensuring a polished, user-friendly experience for employees.
Migrate internal content, documents, articles, and resources into SharePoint Online
Review and format content to ensure consistency, usability, and visual appeal
Perform quality assurance checks on migrated pages
Identify and resolve broken links, formatting issues, and attachment errors
Help organize content within SharePoint to improve searchability and user experience
Collaborate with communications teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy
Evaluate existing content and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Experience working with SharePoint Online, content management systems, or content migration projects
Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Hands-on SharePoint Online administration or page-building experience
Experience supporting intranet, corporate communications, or internal content initiatives
Background in Technical Writing, Corporate Communications, or related fields
Be part of a high-visibility digital transformation initiative
Gain experience supporting a large-scale SharePoint Online migration
Work alongside communications and technology teams

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
