Lifted Logic is seeking a Site Building Specialist in Overland Park, KS. The role builds new websites using WordPress, loading pre-approved content from writers, and matching pre-approved designs from designers. It also includes general office support and maintaining site quality.

The position requires collaborating with designers, content creators, and developers to meet production needs, while handling multiple layout projects and ensuring deadlines are met in a hybrid office setting.

Responsibilities

• Build pages in the CMS per approved designs using WordPress.
• Insert pre-approved content (text/images) into templates for digital platforms.
• Add content to staging environment and push updates to live sites.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and developers on production tasks.
• Perform general administrative duties such as scanning and copying.
• Manage multiple layout projects and meet deadlines with quality results.
• Other duties as assigned.

About The Role

Position Summary

Site Building Specialists assists in bringing each website to life and giving general support to the office as a whole. Using WordPress, the Site Building Specialist builds out new websites, using pre-approved content from web content writer, and building the site to look like the pre-approved designs created by the graphic designer. The Site Building Specialist is also responsible for general office assistance and cleanliness.

Essential Job Functions

• Uses the custom built CMS to create pages of website
• Efficiently produce digital layouts by inserting content, including text, images, and multimedia elements, into pre-designed templates for various digital platforms.
• Adds the pre-approved content (images and text) into the components to build website on staging environment
• Make content updates to live sites
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to gather layout production requirements and execute on production tasks.
• Carry out administrative duties such as scanning, copying, etc.
• Manage multiple layout production projects simultaneously, meet project deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned
