The City of Birmingham is seeking a well-qualified Webmaster to build and maintain the online websites for the city. You will use content tools to create digital media, identify IT needs, serve as site administrator, and train staff to use IT systems.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining websites and applications, selecting languages and tools, providing user support, and documenting system usage and procedures. Strong enterprise experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Proficient in HTML, T-SQL, VB, C++, Java, Python and XML.
• Experience building websites in medium to large enterprise environments.
• Experience providing systems administration support for websites and managing user access rights.
• Experience with full life cycle project management, stakeholder meetings and requirements analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Designs, builds, and maintains websites, applications, or programs using scripting languages and tools.
• Selects relevant programming languages and design tools for applications.
• Serves as site administrator, provides user support, installs updates, manages access rights.
