Job summary

Bentley Systems, Incorporated is seeking a Webinar Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize webinar programs (live and on-demand) using ON24. You will partner with webinar managers, campaign teams, speakers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiences, from registration through post-event reporting.

The role supports global marketing campaigns, requires strong attention to detail, and is hybrid in Denver, CO with occasional cross-time-zone activities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in webinar operations or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience building webinar programs in ON24.
• Experience creating landing pages, forms and attendee communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure live and on-demand webinar programs in ON24.
• Create and update webinar landing pages with branding and accessibility.
• Coordinate with speakers, producers and campaign teams for readiness.
• QA registration flows, communications, event settings and links.
• Support live webinar delivery and attendee engagement.
• Publish recordings and post-event assets; ensure data validation.
• Maintain schedules, checklists and templates; identify risks.
• Analyze ON24 reports and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to align with campaigns.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
