Job summary

BX Studio is seeking a detail-oriented Website Project Manager to oversee Webflow project work, manage client requests, and coordinate internal teams. The role emphasizes timely delivery, quality, and clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

You will coordinate multiple projects, align with design and development teams, and drive efficient maintenance workflows while ensuring standards and client expectations are met.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years proven experience in project management, preferably in website maintenance and Webflow projects.
• Experience in a digital agency or similar environment.
• Experience in sales and active contribution to sales efforts.
• Familiarity with CMS (Webflow preferred), front-end development, and website troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing maintenance needs, gathering requirements, and setting expectations.
• Sales: Experience supporting sales and enthusiasm for contributing to sales efforts.
• Task Delegation: Assign tasks to the development team based on expertise and workload.
• Project Tracking: Monitor progress on maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot blockers and collaborate with developers and clients to find solutions.
• Process Optimization: Develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain records of client requests and project status.
• Quality Assurance: Review completed work against client requirements and Webflow best practices.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
