Community Boss is seeking a Webflow Web Designer with 3–5 years of experience to craft our corporate website and support social media visuals and print collateral. You will design engaging pages, animations, and blog posts while maintaining brand consistency across devices.

Collaborating with developers and marketers, you will manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, delivering user-centered, accessible designs for a nationwide audience.

Qualifications

• Experience with designing, building, and publishing websites in Webflow, including blog posts, animations, and more.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects that demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and a user-centered design approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
