You’ll collaborate with design and marketing, turn campaigns into landing pages, ensure accessibility and speed, and help maintain a consistent brand as we scale.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of web design experience with a live portfolio.
• Solid Webflow production experience delivering production sites.
• Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping.
• User-first mindset in designing interfaces.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for when to apply custom code.
• Strong grasp of responsive layouts, page speed, and accessibility.
• Working knowledge of metadata/SEO considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the website design inside Webflow from structure to CMS setup.
• Make visual calls on type, spacing, hierarchy, and brand voice.
• Create reusable design components to keep pages consistent as we scale.
• Convert campaigns and promotions into high-converting landing pages.
• Maintain fast, responsive, accessible site performance without compromising aesthetics.
• Manage on-page SEO metadata and routine content updates in Webflow.
• Collaborate on visuals—graphics, imagery, and overall direction.
• Identify visual or functional issues and propose improvements.
