Job description

Terms Deal Academy teaches creative real estate acquisition: subject-to, lease-option, owner financing and wholesale on terms. The first six lessons are free, and paid members get the full curriculum, a state rules library, a weekly live webcast, a virtual close service and property management support. Run the weekly live webcast room and keep the member community active.

Location: Remote, United States. Type: Independent contractor (1099).
