Are you passionate about driving project success and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation? Webber, an industry leader in construction and infrastructure, seeks a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team.

Your Role: Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation. Project Management personnel are responsible for the safety, direction, completion, and financial outcomes of water/wastewater construction projects from initial budget to project closeout.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding client needs.
  • Utilize software to process, distribute, and track project documentation.
  • Negotiate subcontractor and material buyouts, develop and negotiate subcontracts.
  • Plan and schedule projects.
  • Manage ongoing jobs, including subcontractor coordination, conflict resolution, documentation, and safety.
  • Manage project costs, forecast, analyze costs, exposures, and profits until completion.
  • Perform project closeout.
  • Manage projects valued between $20-$50 million.
  • Provide leadership through relationship building, motivation, clear direction, and teamwork.
  • Communicate effectively both written and verbal.
  • Train and mentor less experienced personnel.
  • Possess significant experience managing water/wastewater construction activities, with strong construction knowledge, personnel management, scheduling expertise, and cost control skills.
  • Prioritize safety in all work.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Who You Are: A Profile of Success
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in water/wastewater construction.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver’s license for travel.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations relevant to construction.
