Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a Project Engineer to join our team and drive project success. You will support the Project Manager and Superintendent, with the role involving field presence about 20%–30% of the time, coordinating submittals, logs, and budgets in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualified candidates hold a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, with 3+ years of experience preferred, and strong MS Office skills plus Primavera P6 proficiency to manage

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
• Preferably with 3+ years of experience.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring, organizing, reviewing and distributing project submittals & RFIs.
• Creating and maintaining all required Project Logs and takeoffs.
• Communicating with the owner and client representatives.
• Maintaining project budgets and cost reports.
• Scheduling self-perform, subcontractor work and supplier material deliveries.
• Reading and interpreting project plans and specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Your Role: Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation

The Project Engineer provides support to the Project Manager and the Project Superintendent. The support goals include goal setting, planning, communicating, organizing, implementing, and tracking. The Project Engineer is in the field 20%-30% of the time.
