Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks a Project Administrator to join our team. The role involves on-site administrative support, document preparation, and coordination of daily office tasks for construction projects.

You will handle scheduling, communications, and data entry while contributing to efficient project delivery and safety compliance. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months of related experience, solid English communication, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 1–3 months of related experience or training.
  • Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing.
  • Moderate to high level of computer skills with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic including rates, ratios and percentages.
  • Valid driver's license for occasional travel.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and interpret simple graphs.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook to create documents and spreadsheets.
  • Distribute and receive bi-weekly overnight packages from the regional office.
  • Order safety and office supplies.
  • Assist with new hire processing at the job site.
  • Answer job trailer phone, route calls, respond to inquiries and take messages.
  • Enter production figures into the database.
  • Maintain a highly organized work area and manage multiple projects.
  • Write reports, business correspondence, and project documents.

The Project Administratoris responsible foron-site administrative tasks to support the project team.

What You Will Do:

  • Utilize MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook to create documents, respond to inquiries and create spreadsheets

  • Answer job trailer phone, route phone calls, answer general inquiries, take messages, and contact others as requested

  • Writereports, business correspondence, and project documents

Who You Are: A Profile of Success

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • One (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training

  • Be able to communicate in English via verbal and written communications

  • Moderate tohigh levelof computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

  • Valid driver license for occasional, required travel

  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
