Job Description:

Supervisor: Foreman

Role: Operates rubber-tired, skid steer, or crawler tractors with attachments to load materials, assist in excavation, and support construction activities. May operate with different attachments as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Operate SKYTRACK 8000LB Forklift or similar equipment.
• Start engines, control throttles, switches, levers, and pedals.
• Signal truck drivers for material loading.
• Ensure safety by avoiding hazards and obstructions.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oiling and greasing.
• Adjust equipment as necessary.
• Follow all safety policies and report unsafe activities.
• Contribute to team goals and lead by example.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• At least three years of related construction experience preferred.
• Physical activity involving strenuous outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity to handle equipment and materials.

Work Conditions:
