Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks an equipment operator to load materials and operate rubber-tired, skid-steer, or crawler tractors with a front-end bucket. The role involves outdoor work loading dirt, rocks, and other materials from stockpiles and coordinating with truckers.
You will follow safety policies, maintain the machinery, and perform basic adjustments while contributing to a productive, hazard-aware work environment.
Operates a rubber-tired, skid-steer, or crawler type tractor with an attached scoop-type bucket on the front end. The machine is used to load materials from stockpiles, excavations, charging batch plants, and loading and unloading trucks. The bucket may be substituted with attachments when appropriate.
Less than a High School Diploma and related construction experience.
Outdoors exposed to changing weather conditions (e.g., rain, sun, snow, wind, etc.).
Heavy physical activity performing strenuous day activities of a primarily productive/technical nature.
Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers and perceives attributes of objects and materials.
